Bend, Oregon — Est. Local
Every loaf at BeanzzZ is mixed, folded, and baked by hand — no shortcuts, no industrial timers. From our stone hearth to your table, this is bread made the way it should be: slow, deliberate, and worth the wait.
What We Offer
Everything we make starts with flour, water, salt, and time. The rest is tradition, technique, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners.
Our signature 48-hour fermented sourdough — thick, crackling crust with a tangy, open crumb. Baked fresh every morning.
Butter-heavy, fold-after-fold croissants and pain au chocolat. We laminate by hand so every layer shatters the way it should.
A carefully selected range of local and regional pantry essentials — olive oils, preserves, specialty flours, and pantry staples you won't find in a chain.
Tarts, danishes, cookies, and seasonal fruit galettes — made in small batches so nothing sits around. Whatever looks good today is whatever's fresh today.
Our Story
BeanzzZ wasn't founded on a trend or a shortcut. It was founded on the simple conviction that bread — real bread, the kind with a crust that sings and a crumb that holds — is worth doing slowly.
Located on SW Bond Street in the heart of Bend, we've spent years building relationships with local grain handlers, dairy producers, and the community that shows up at our door every morning. What we sell is only half the story. The other half is the standard we refuse to lower.
